Misconception...

I am NOT the "spoiler" of animals on our farm.

 So this is the result......we now have......a house goat.

Thank you for all the good thoughts sent Doodles' way!  After a scary morning of seizures this weekend, she seems to be on the mend.  Eating well, playing and of course napping with Don regularly.

Stairway to...?

After several months of using a ladder to get up to the loft, I am very happy to have stairs.

Look who else can use the stairs...

She was very proud of herself!

The stringers will eventually be replaced by a log but for now I'm very happy with them as they are. Pin It

Dooley is a lover....

Dooley will be a new herd sire for Buttermilk Acres.  He is a pretty boy and will gladly give the ladies a kiss!
